Sometimes you might want to export all the transaction data from ProfitBooks for management reporting or just to maintain a local backup.

You can do this from 'Reports' section.
'Ledger' report contains transaction data from all the accounts. You can export this report in MS Excel or PDF format.

'Transaction Report' under 'Other Reports' section also gives you a list of all the transactions from a specific period. You can export these transactions in excel or PDF.

Similarly, you can view, and export other reports related to customers, products, sales and purchases.

If you are doing this just to maintain a local backup copy, you can save yourself from the efforts. We take hourly back up of entire data and store it on our state of the art cloud infrastructure. 

If you want to share this data with your accountant, there is a simpler way. Just invite him to view your books from 'Accounting -> Invite an auditor' menu.
